1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the SouthIndian OG platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any part of the Platform.

2. Medical disclaimer

Always consult your obstetrician or gynaecologist for decisions about your pregnancy care. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital immediately. Do not delay seeking medical attention because of content you have read or watched on this Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform independently. Pregnant women under 18 may use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision and consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. False information may result in account termination.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any program content without written permission.
• Record, download, or reproduce video content from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Upload or share any content that is abusive, defamatory, or medically misleading.

6. Free and premium content

Certain content is available without charge ("Free Content"). Access to the full program requires a premium subscription ("Premium"). Free Content is provided as-is and may be changed or removed at any time. Premium access is subject to the subscription terms in effect at the time of purchase.

7. Consultations

Online consultations with Dr. Prashanth G are subject to availability. The first consultation is offered free of charge. Subsequent consultations are charged at the rate displayed at the time of booking. Consultation slots are non-transferable. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time will be rescheduled at no cost. No-shows forfeit the consultation fee.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable once access to premium content has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at womb2worldwonders@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Platform — including videos, program materials, text, graphics, and the SouthIndian OG brand — is the exclusive property of Dr. Prashanth G and SouthIndian OG. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of copyright and other applicable laws.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SouthIndian OG and Dr. Prashanth G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
